Sometimes, additional testing may be needed to determine or confirm the cause of your illness. This could include imaging services, like x-rays and ultrasounds, or bloodwork tests. That’s where Clinton Country Medical Center’s diagnostic services come into play. Our lab and diagnostic departments offer a broad range of testing services in St. Johns and surrounding areas. All of our services are confidential, and our convenient locations makes it easy to fulfill requests from your provider
You should not eat anything after 10 pm the night before having your blood drawn, but make sure to continue drinking water. Water actually helps keep your veins plump and makes drawing blood easier. You should take all your medication as usual, and feel free to brush your teeth.
CCMC is independently owned and operated, and we work closely with other providers to make sure your continuity of care is not disrupted. However, if you have lab work performed at another facility and would like CCMC to have access to it, or vice versa, please be sure to sign an information release so that results can be transferred in a timely manner.
