Samantha Hallenbeck, PT, DPT

Sam was raised in Fowler and now lives in St. Johns with her husband and son. She earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University. She is a certified PWR Moves (Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery) Therapist and specializes in treating neurological conditions including Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, balance, deconditioning, frequent falls, etc. She looks forward to helping all clients improve their function, mobility, independence, and quality of life! Sam enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing volleyball, hiking, and traveling.
