Clinton County Medical Center’s Follow My Health patient portal is a FREE secure website that gives patients convenient 24-hour access to their personal health information. Using a secure username and password, patients can view health information such as:
- Recent office visits
- Current Medications
- Health Conditions
- Receive Laboratory Results
Additionally, patients are able to:
- Schedule appointments
- Send a message to their provider
- Receive office bulletins regarding flu clinics, sports physical clinics and information regarding community health
