Rodney Norman, MS, PA-C, began his medical journey at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1999 with a concentration in Biopsychology. He went on to complete his graduate medical training at the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, Michigan, where he was awarded both a Master of Science and a Master’s Degree as a Physician Assistant in 2002.

Over the course of his career, Rodney has gained extensive experience across multiple specialties, including neurosurgery, interventional radiology, family practice, urgent care, and home health care. This wide range of clinical expertise allows him to provide comprehensive care for patients with diverse needs, from routine family medicine to more complex conditions.

Rodney maintains numerous professional certifications, including NCCPA, BLS, ACLS, ultrasound-guided interventional pain management, and certification as a DOT Medical Examiner. These qualifications reflect his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and medical excellence.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Rodney is married and the proud father of three children. His dedication to both his family and his patients shapes the compassionate and approachable style of care he provides.

Rodney is excited to bring his skills and passion for medicine to the CCMC Midland location, where he will be focusing on family practice and urgent care services. He looks forward to building lasting relationships with patients and serving the healthcare needs of the community.
