Patient Specialist – Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Patient Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact with our patients, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
Salary: Starting at $16.00 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Primarily in St. Johns, with occasional coverage in Carson City

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with professionalism and a welcoming attitude
• Answer phones and manage scheduling with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist patients with check-in, paperwork, and insurance information
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Support the healthcare team with clerical and administrative needs
• Perform organizational and multitasking duties in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Previous patient-facing experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
