Physical Therapy

CCMC provides Physical Therapy services to meet the medical needs of our patients. Our staff includes a Physical Therapist and a physical therapy assistant under the direct supervision of a physician, who treats all patients from pediatric to geriatric. We are equipped to treat orthopedic and neuromuscular problems, as well as pain and conditioning issues. Other Physical Therapy services include: Therapeutic Exercise, Home Exercise Program, Gait Training, Taping Techniques, and Ultrasound.Please note our Physical Therapy Department does not participate with Medicaid.

Lois Rodgers, DPT


Began her journey as a physical therapist at MSU,& LCC. She then transferred to U of M for her Bachelors of Health Science, Masters in Physical Therapy and then her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She seeks to keep people moving their best with her special interest in manual therapy, pain reduction and orthopedics. She has have five children, four step-children and 14 grandchildren.





Kim Hayes, PTA

Kim HayesKim Hayes, PTA, was raised in Ithaca MI and enjoys working in the community.  Kim attended Davenport University for Physical Therapy Assistant.  Kim has been treating patients since 1997 in areas such as outpatient, inpatient and aquatic therapy.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, and her three children. Kim also enjoys spending time with the youth group at her church, working out including walking, biking, and strength training.
