Dr. Raechel Coombs was raised in East Lansing, Michigan, and Terre Haute, Indiana. She attended undergraduate school at Indiana State University and medical school at Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical School. She has practiced family medicine in Leslie, Michigan for the last 15 years and is excited to be back practicing in her hometown. She has a passion for lifestyle medicine and preventive health.

Dr. Coombs is married with 3 very active children. She loves being outdoors with her family hiking, biking, and playing in the water. In her down times she loves lifting weights, reading, and taking boxing classes.

Dr. Coombs looks forward to providing quality care to the East Lansing community.
