Clinton County Medical Center’s Follow My Health patient portal is a FREE secure website that gives patients convenient 24-hour access to their personal health information. Using a secure username and password, patients can view health information such as:

Recent office visits
Current medications
Health conditions
Laboratory results

Additionally, patients are able to:

Schedule appointments
Send a message to their provider
Pay their bills online
Receive office bulletins regarding flu clinics, sports physical clinics and information regarding community health
