CCMC – Psychological Service’s Weight Loss Program

We offer a meal replacement program that helps individuals with big weight loss goals start strong. Meal replacements are very low calorie and are most often combined with lean and green food choices. This program is not recommended without periodic medical oversight.

We have mentors and coaches in every important area of our life—school, work, sports, skills. Why should weight loss be any different? Our professional Health Coaches are weight-loss mentors helping residents in St. Johns and greater Clinton County. Often, they have stood where you stand now, looking for a doable plan.
